                               RESOLUTION NO. 19290
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO 
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH W.D.B. CONSTRUCTION 
                   COMPANY FOR RENOVATION OF THE BATHHOUSE AT 
                   WARNER PARK FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO 
                   HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($230,805.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a 
       Contract with W.D.B. Construction Company for renovation of the 
       bathhouse at Warner Park for an amount not to exceed $230,805.00.
